Jane I walked back this road being careful of the ruts and bumps you painted into it. As I drew nearer to the distant hills I sat down for a rest. The peace and serenity were overwhelming and I drifted off to sleep. I awoke sitting in my computer chair. I suddenly realized I had been hypnotized by the beauty of this gold medal painting...wow Jane

Jane,as always with your beautiful paintings,I find myself suddenly very still. "Solitude". This speaks so much to my heart and soul because ironically it is only in silence and solitude that I feel most connected to everything,most "alive". I appreciate so much this moment of feeling myself standing in your beautiful scene with the lone bird,the space,the sky,the straight road ahead and the peace. Such wonderful work.L/F
